Review
Unit will not power up unless it is plugged in. When plugged in and powered up the AC switch will not power up. The DC switch is the only one that works. But after 30 minutes the unit turns off even if the item in charging is not fully charged. Looking forward to a new unit so I can change this to a 5 star review.

Still waiting for my solar panels.

I’ve contacted customer service via email and telephone asking about the solar panels that I purchased with my (2) 1300 inverters. I’ve received no answer! Super unhappy with their customer service so far. If something changes, I’ll report back. It’s been about 3 weeks now…
