Processing

Growatt provides free shipping for all orders in the contiguous US.(The states of Hawaii and Alaska are excluded due to the inability of our shipping couriers).

It normally takes us 1  working day to process your order (holidays and weekends are excluded).


Shipping and Verification

1. All order(s) are shipped from Growatt warehouse in the USA. A confirmation email will be sent from Growatt when you place an order on the www.growattportable.com website. Please check your email. If you haven't found the email, please check your spam mail and add Growatt to your white list.
2. A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order is shipped out.
3. Usually your package will arrive within 1~4 business days.
4.If the shipping is delayed for some objective or uncontrollable reasons, we will notify you ahead of delays. During the busy Holiday seasons, processing time may take longer than usual, and delays should be expected.
Growatt is not responsible for any delayed air and ground shipping deliveries and losses that are 1) affected by customs duties, 2) caused by natural disasters, or 3) strikes of carrier companies.


Note:

Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transport Time .

P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered.
Make sure to confirm your shipping address before and after your order is placed, additional fees may be charged for late address changes.

In order to avoid credit card fraud, we may need to confirm your personal information for large orders, please make sure your phone and email address is reachable.
