No, you cannot. This product contains a lithium battery. As per international air transport rules, lithium battery items with a capacity exceeding 100Wh are not allowed on flights.
The product contains an air cooling system, and the built-in fan helps the product to dissipate heat. A slight noise when the product is

INFINITY 1200 supports a power-saving function. By default, the LCD display will turn off after 1 minute of inactivity, and will
automatically shut down after another 1 hour of inactivity. You can change the automatic screen-off and automatic shutdown time via
myGro APP.
