Be aware! The Growatt Helios 3600 unit is supplied with charging cords that are underrated for its capacity. The AC power supply cord is only 14AWG, and in my situation I fried a extension cord and an external shore power outlet while trying to charge it up! The AC input charge rating was set in the APP at 1800 watts, but when the unit was charging, it showed 2080 watts on the screen. Also, the XT60 adapter cord supplied with the unit is made of two different wire sizes, 12 & 14AWG. My 800 watt solar system calls for a 10AWG wire size, and I noticed the supplied XT60 adapter cord getting really hot while charging the unit.

Works great with some limitations in functionality I feel should be more transparent in their descriptions.
The big issues for me are not being able to charge from the grid while running two units in parallel for 240v.
Charging is only possible through solar in this configuration.
Also in the 240v parallel configuration, all 110v outputs on the units are disconnected.
A workaround for this is a construction site style temporary power box powered by a generator cable from the Growatt parallel box, as there are two 30 amp 240 receptacles on the box. The temporary power box separates into multiple 110 receptacles that can be used while the units run parallel.
Expensive workaround but at least it works.

1. Can I take HELIOS 3600 on a plane?
No, you can't. This product is a lithium battery product. According to international air transport regulations, lithium battery products
exceeding 100Wh cannot be carried on the plane.
2. Why does the HELIOS 3600 make noise when in use?
The product contains an air cooling system, and the built-in fan helps the product to dissipate heat. A slight noise when the product is in use
is normal.
3. Will HELIOS 3600 automatically shut down?
HELIOS 3600 supports a power-saving function. By default, the LCD display will turn off after 2 minute of inactivity, and will automatically
shut down after another 1 hour of inactivity. You can change the automatic screen-off and automatic shutdown time via myGro APP.
4. How to clean HELIOS 3600 portable power station?
Use a dry, non-abrasive cloth to wipe. If deeper cleaning is needed, consider using specialized cleaning solutions for phone or computer
screens. Avoid letting excessive liquid enter the device as this can damage the internal circuitry and pose safety risks.
