1. Registration Period: 1 May 2023~6 May 2023(MDT).

2. The "Go Camping with Growatt" campaign is organized by Growatt and divided into two small offline activities. The "Special for Mother's Day" activity, hosted in Colorado, will commence on 14 May 2023, at 4:30 PM and conclude on 14 May 2023, at 9:30 PM (MDT); the other, "Cooking Outdoors" activity, hosted in Los Angeles, will commence on 21 May 2023, at 4:30 PM and conclude on 21 May 2023, at 9:30 PM(MDT) ("Campaign Period"). Growatt reserves the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

3. The one, "Special for Mother's Day" activity will commence on 14 May 2023, at 4:30 PM and conclude on 14 May 2023, at 9:30 PM (MDT); the other, "Cooking Outdoors" activity will commence on 21 May 2023, at 4:30 PM and conclude on 21 May 2023, at 9:30 PM(MDT).

4. This Campaign is open to all registered participants (www.growattportable.com/go-camping-with-growatt), who are willing to go camping with Growatt. (“Participant(s)”). Submit basic information, the number of participants, and contact information on the registration page of the official website, and Growatt will contact those participants via the information left.

5. Each activity will invite 10 groups of people and each group can only include three people at maximum. Each participant can only engage in one activity.

6. Maximum of three participants per family group per activity (The "Special for Mother's Day" activity must include mothers)

7. Growatt will give priority to fans of its social media pages from those who register, and the remaining places will be selected in the order of registration.

8. Participants need to travel to the event venue by themselves, and no fees will be charged at the event site.

9. Notify Growatt three days in advance of any temporary change in your schedule.

10. Winners will be randomly selected (drawn) from all participants.

11. All winners will be notified on-site and the prizes can be exchanged on-site directly.

12. The details of the prizes are as follows：

(1) Growatt INFINITY 1300 portable power station;

(2) Growatt VITA 550 portable power station;

(3) Growatt 200W Solar Panel;

(4) Growatt 100W Solar Panel.

13. All prizes are not exchangeable for cash or items and are non-transferable.

14. Additional awards will be given to those who attend the event on time.

15. Participants in the campaign agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that Growatt's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. Growatt reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this campaign.

16. In the event that any prizes are awarded to a participant who has provided false or incorrect personal information, Growatt reserves the right to revoke the Participant's eligibility for the said prizes.

17. Prize winners may not substitute or exchange the prizes for monetary compensation.

18. Growatt reserves the right to utilize pictures and videos recorded at the event on its official social media platforms(FB/IG/TW/TT/YTB).

19. In accepting the prizes, the winners agree to participate and cooperate with all editorial activities relating to the campaign. The winners agree to grant Growatt a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use footage, photographs, voice, biographical information, and/or statements at any time, in all media types worldwide, for advertising, trade, publicity, and promotional purposes, and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

20. Growatt will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including the participants, in connection with, or arising from acts or omissions, or any way related to this campaign.

21. If participants are found to be using or have used inappropriate means to participate in this campaign, Growatt reserves the right to disqualify the participant's eligibility, including, without hesitation, the commencement of legal proceedings to the full extent of the applicable laws.

22. The prize cannot be substituted for cash, and the prizes are non-transferable. The availability of the prizes is subject to change, and Growatt reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value, without prior notice.

23. Growatt reserves the right to modify and/or cancel the terms and conditions herein at any time at its sole discretion.

24. This Campaign and the terms and conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of the country.
